Job Title: Network Administrator
Contract: Fixed-term contract (Maternity cover), Full-time (37.5 hours per week) Monday to Friday
Location: Home based within the UK
Salary: £24,784.50 per annum
Main Objectives
The role of Network Administrator is varied and will see you supporting in several areas critical to the success of our Alcohol & Drug Testing Network including recruitment, onboarding, monitoring on going requirements for training, audits, and general reviews. Reporting into the Network Manager you will be required to provide high attention to detail in an administrative function.
Specific Responsibilities
Monitor the mailboxes used by technicians – categorising, responding, and escalating as appropriate
Monitor/update training matrix tracking technician and clinician competency
Monitor the technician error logs, responding and flagging any action required
Monitor other trackers in place
Support with admin following surveys/feedback
Admin support for the clinicians who also require tracking to ensure training and audits are completed annually
Produce internal reports related to the network – weekly/monthly SLA/KPI data
Approval of Collection Technician expenses/workbooks and responding to queries
Process monthly claims of technician workbooks and accrued annual leave data
Support the Network Manager with document control requests and monitoring
Support the Network Manager by sending pre-interview questionnaire and arranging interviews with prospective technician candidates
Administrative tasks following training including adding details to systems, trackers, and collating feedback
Liaise with CS teams to ensure shadowing is arranged for new technicians within the first two weeks of completing training
Build and maintain excellent relationships with all key stakeholders
Promote Hampton Knight in a positive way
Schedule annual competency audits for technicians and D&A trained clinicians
Schedule one-month technician reviews/observations
Track circa 120 technicians 1, 6 and 12 month reviews and also refresher training / audits
Monitor uploads required by the People Team – including motor insurance documents, driver licence details etc
Assist in Network related queries from technicians
General Duties and Responsibilities
Attend and participate in internal meetings as appropriate
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments as appropriate
Comply with the Company’s and relevant Clients’ policies and procedures, safe working procedures etc
Maintain confidentiality regarding any information and material handled in line with legal and statutory requirements in addition to Hampton Knight’s needs
General administration, including responding to emails, answering calls, scanning, copying
Requirements for this role
Essential
Administration experience, with familiarity in creating and editing Excel spreadsheets
Confident in talking to people over the phone
Experience in Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Performing data analysis such as creating dashboards and reports
Be able to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision
React to events decisively and effectively
Possess good time management skills
Be professional at all times
