Job Title: Clinical Insights Administrator
Contract: Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week) Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm
Location: Home based, fully remote within the UK
Salary: £26,000 per annum
Closing date will be Monday 23rd February at 4pm
Main Objectives
To be accountable and ensure that the clinical diaries are utilised to their maximum capacity
Ensure that all client clinic requirements are scheduled within specific SLA’s
Consider and make decisions to maximise efficiency and use of clinicians’ time and maximise revenue
Proactively troubleshoot issues, proposing well thought-out solutions to be approved by the Operational Insights Manager
Shared Deputising for Operational Insights Manager in the event of any absence.
Assist in all administrative tasks required by colleagues to meet team target, objectives and productivity.
Specific Responsibilities
Plan and schedule clinicians’ allocations on a regular basis considering client requirements and availability.
Continuous review of SLA lead times within business and proposing to Operations Insights Manager any changes to improve.
Working with Clinical Management on efficiency savings in line with business initiatives and new processes.
Pro-active management of all clinical utilisation across the business in line with commercial models.
Review and action client/internal management information to drive business change with clinical delivery.
Implementation and support of any process changes within Scheduling process.
Review Clinical Absence and Annual leave with pro-active solution against forecasting model.
Working with Operations Insights Manager on Client specific needs regarding utilisation/scheduling.
Use initiative to resolve any revenue loss with regards to clinical availability.
Ownership and Accountability of any decisions made in line with scheduling and utilisation.
Managing challenging conversations with stakeholders within the business professionally.

Challenging the normal ways of working with the insights of commercial and efficiency benefits.
Occasional support on wider Operational Insights projects with supporting with data/outputs.
Requirements for this role
Essential
Experience in an administrative or customer service role based within an office environment is essential.
Knowledge of Outlook , Word and Excel is essential
Desirable
There are no formal qualifications required for this role however an NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Customer Services or Administration is desired
Experience in diary management is desirable.
Experience within a role requiring good geographical knowledge is desirable
Experience in reviewing Management Information is desirable.
