Contract: 12 month fixed term contract, Full-time (40 hours per week) Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm

Salary: £30,000 per annum

JOB SUMMARY 

Purchasing stock and safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods. 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE 

Minimum requirement is to be educated to degree level or equivalent, or have at least 3 years warehouse experience. 

Full UK Driving Licence 

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS 

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and in writing. 
• Numerically proficient. 

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Stock procurement via Sage50 Accounts 
• Stock forecasting 
• Picking & packing of orders 
• Overall responsibility of all goods in and out 
• Liaison with key suppliers 
• Maintenance of stock control system in finance package 
• Tracking of customer orders 
• Warehouse health and safety 
• Exhibition and event support 
• Raising and address of activities associated with non-conformances, planned deviations, changes, risks and improvements as required 
• Adhere to ISO 17025 and ISO 9001 requirements in testing and quality control procedures 
• To adhere to company policies and the Health and Safety and business systems manuals 
• To ensure commitment to impartiality and confidentiality, integrity and accessibility of information 
• Adhering to all policy, procedure, regulatory, customer and standard requirements relating to quality, information security and environmental management systems 

OTHER RESPONSIBILTIES 

• To comply with Data Protection Legislation and Information Security requirements, such as ISO 27001.
• To ensure commitment to impartiality, confidentiality, integrity, and accessibility of information.
• Adhering to policy, procedure, regulatory, customer and standard requirements relating to quality, information security and environmental management systems.
• Any other duties deemed relevant from time to time
